Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide excellent customer service, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a personable demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings as needed Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Assist with basic inquiries from clients or visitors and direct them to appropriate departments Ensure security protocols are followed by verifying visitor identities when necessary Support other administrative tasks to facilitate overall office efficiency Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable attitude Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools Good organizational skills with attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to handle unexpected situations calmly Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory
