JOB DUTIES
Helping candidates with the application process and initial onboarding procedures. Offering basic information about the staffing agency, its services, and available job opportunities to both clients and candidates. Checking documents, scanning documents, replying to emails Enter applicant information into the database accurately.
Answering phones and directing calls:
This includes handling inquiries, transferring calls to the appropriate staff member, and taking messages.
Filing and data entry:
Organizing documents and maintaining accurate records, often using office software. Offering basic information about the staffing agency, its services, and available job opportunities to both clients and candidates. Providing a welcoming and professional first impression of the agency. Addressing questions and issues from clients and candidates promptly and effectively Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in the agency's systems. Maintaining and organizing candidate files (physical or digital). Confirming attendance for candidates and sending reminders as needed. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years in the staffing industry or related role
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook 365,
- Ability to navigate and work with various timekeeping.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework is desired.
- Valid driver's license
