Overview We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and exceptional customer service skills. Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
• Schedule appointments and manage the veterinary clinic's calendar
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
• Assist with medical record keeping and data entry
• Handle payments and billing for veterinary services
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Qualifications
• Experience in a veterinary setting is preferred
• Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in animal handling
• Familiarity with medical collection processes
• Understanding of animal anatomy is a plus
