Join our vibrant yoga studio community as a Front Desk Associate/Wellness Advisor, where your energetic and welcoming presence will set the tone for an inspiring experience for our clients. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional customer service. Your organizational skills and positive attitude will help foster a peaceful environment that encourages wellness and mindfulness. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving health-focused community, supporting both our clients' journey and the studio's daily success. Duties Greet clients warmly as they arrive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Manage the phone system with professionalism, answering inquiries and scheduling classes efficiently. Handle client check-ins, registrations, and class bookings using Club Ready - the studio's management software. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby and prop room. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive experience. Qualifications Proven experience in front desk operations within a customer service environment. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry systems. Excellent phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clients. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
