Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests; create a welcoming front-desk experience Handle class check-ins, trial sign-ups, and membership inquiries Answer phone calls and messages; follow up with leads Promote memberships and programs (commission on new sign-ups) Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized Support coaches and management with daily operations

Requirements:

Bilingual:

fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese 1+ year of customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and punctual Available Monday through Saturday, 4 PM - 8 PM Comfortable with computers; quick to learn new systems Positive attitude; interest in fitness/martial arts a plus (not required) What we offer: $20/hr base pay + commission on membership sales (details in interview) Friendly team environment Free gym training — train Muay Thai/BJJ with us! Pay:
