Job Description
About us We are a popular and busy eyelash extention studio / salon located in Lomita, CA. We are highly ranked in both Yelp and Google and remain so by providing high-quality services, with a friendly smile and demeanor. We need a polite, professional, energetic and organized front desk person to provide excellent customer service, appointment scheduling and cashier services to our discerning clients. If you become a valued member of our team then raises, more hours, additional responsibilities and other benefits are available. After a three month period you can qualify for reduced price eye lash services (50% off employee discount)!
Front Desk Agent Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in, check-out clients and cashier duties with our SquareUp and GOPOS system
- Answer phone calls, send texts and respond to client inquiries and assist in setting-up or moving appointments
- Ability to answer basic eyelash questions (training to be provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Light cleaning duties when needed
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
- Ability to act and respond competently in a sometimes fast paced and busy environment
- Strong organizational skills to effectively set-up or move appointments
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Past eyelash studio or beauty salon experience a plus
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus

$17.00- $20.
