Our mission is to foster growth, independence, and meaningful progress through compassionate, evidence-based care. Position Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to support clinic operations and front office functions. This is an entry-level friendly position with paid training provided , ideal for individuals interested in gaining experience in healthcare administration, client coordination, and office operations. This role is essential in maintaining a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily clinic operations while supporting both staff and families. This is a Temporary Part-Time, Non-Exempt Employee position. Assignment expected to end on or around May 15, 2026. Employment is at-will and may end earlier or be extended based on business needs.

Operations Administrator Introductory Period:
90 days Key Responsibilities Open clinic and ensure front office and common areas are clean, organized, and ready for the day Greet clients and families in a warm, professional manner and provide a positive first impression Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and take accurate messages Manage client check-in and check-out processes Support scheduling coordination (confirm appointments, manage client flow, assist with pickups) Maintain organization of clinic materials and front desk supplies Assist with administrative and clerical tasks (filing, data entry, documentation support) Monitor daily clinic flow and communicate updates to staff as needed Communicate effectively with English- and Spanish-speaking families Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in accordance with company policies Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's preferred but not required) Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Benefits Paid training and hands-on experience Career growth opportunities within clinic operations and administrative roles Cell phone stipend (if applicable) Health benefits available for eligible full-time employees Additional Information (California Compliance) This is a non-exempt (hourly) position , eligible for overtime in accordance with California labor laws Meal and rest breaks will be provided in compliance with California law Employment is at-will , meaning either the employee or employer may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice Final candidates may be subject to background check requirements consistent with applicable laws Why Join Us?
