Front Desk Associate

EVERYBODY, LA's only radically inclusive gym and wellness facility, is hiring a part time Front Desk Associate in Long Beach! We are a fully equipped gym and wellness facility with onsite trainers, teachers and wellness providers who are dedicated to making fitness and wellness accessible, affordable and adaptive to bodies of all sizes, ages, genders, ethnicities and fitness backgrounds. We are looking for someone who is passionate about our mission who is available to work early morning and mid-day shifts with flexibility in their schedule to pick up other shifts as needed. Must be punctual, responsible, pro-active, communicative and work well independently. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Associate plays a key role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and inclusive environment for all members and guests regardless of gender identity, race, religion, age, or ability. This role will also be responsible for driving our sprinter van and setting up for our summer Surf program at Venice Beach . Required Education, Licenses, Certifications, and Experience Highschool Diploma Customer Service or Front Desk experience of 1+ years preferred Comfortable driving sprinter van Valid Driver's License Car Insurance Clean Driving Record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including lifting 7-8 ft surf boards Reliable transportation are a requirement Bonus if you speak Spanish, however it's not a requirement.
