  • Full-time Overview We are seeking a dynamic and professional Full Time Receptionist to join our team!
This vital role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. The ideal candidate will bring energy, organization, and excellent communication skills to create a positive environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the face of our organization while supporting office management and administrative functions with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service at all times Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately Maintain organized front desk operations including filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and efficiency Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and mail with attention to detail using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools Assist with clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies inventory Requirements Proven experience in office administration or reception roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google, and data entry tasks Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Exceptional phone etiquette with experience operating multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus but not required Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times Previous experience in customer service or customer support roles demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your organizational talents and friendly demeanor will make a meaningful impact every day!
