Join the team at Snap Fitness Los Altos as a part-time Front Desk Receptionist — the friendly face that welcomes our community each day. This role (12-20 hours/week) is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with others and takes pride in supporting a healthy, goal-driven lifestyle. Please state your available for weekdays (Monday-Friday, 4pm-8pm) and weekends (10am-2pm) . We're especially interested in candidates with experience in customer service, administrative support, or fitness — people who notice the little things, love helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

Greet members with warmth and enthusiasm, setting the tone for their fitness journey. Assist with phone, email, and in-person inquiries, providing stellar customer service. Manage memberships and trainer schedules using our software. Support marketing efforts, including social media engagement. Ensure our gym is welcoming and tidy, performing light facility upkeep (we have a dedicated cleaner). Document and communicate notable occurrences to the team.
