Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM 5 hours per day (25 hours per week)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Membership Manager to support member growth and manage day-to-day front office activities. This role involves engaging with new and existing members, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Enroll and onboard new members Manage and support existing member relationships Assist with paperwork and maintain accurate records Handle front office operations and daily coordination Provide excellent customer service and address member queries Maintain clear and professional communication with members
Required Skills:
Strong customer service skills Strong organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic administrative and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
