Receptionist

We are looking for a success driven and detail oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Los Altos Hills, California. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and providing exceptional customer service in the entertainment and recreation industry. As the first point of contact for members and visitors, you will play an integral role in creating a welcoming and organized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet members and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Handle inquiries about memberships, including providing information on steps to join and scheduling tours.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking detailed messages.
• Assist members with simple tasks such as opening doors or guiding them to elevators.
• Scan and prepare files using a large copy machine, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in document management.
• Maintain shared drives and organize electronic files for easy access.
• Provide friendly and detail oriented customer service during all interactions.
• Monitor and address incoming requests promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
