Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling with efficiency and professionalism Perform pet grooming services including bathing, brushing, drying. Handle animal restraint safely during grooming procedures, demonstrating gentle yet effective techniques Provide exceptional pet care by monitoring animals' behavior and comfort throughout grooming sessions Maintain cleanliness of grooming areas, tools, and equipment to uphold health standards Support reception duties such as answering phone calls, managing client inquiries, and processing payments Experience Previous experience in pet grooming or a dog bathing certificate is required Knowledge of animal handling techniques and restraint methods to ensure safety for pets and staff Background in veterinary technician or assistant roles is a plus, with familiarity in animal care procedures Experience with pet sitting or kennel work demonstrates strong animal handling skills Ability to perform heavy lifting is necessary for equipment or large dogs Excellent customer service skills to build trust with pet owners and address their needs effectively Join us to turn your love for animals into a rewarding career where every day brings new opportunities to make pets happy and owners confident!
