The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, outstanding phone etiquette, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with computer applications. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, and visitors, in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls with exceptional phone etiquette. Schedule appointments and maintain attorney calendars. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries. Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area. Assist with client intake and document preparation. File, scan, copy, and organize legal documents and office records. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed. Qualifications Degree preferred, AA, BA, BS or some college Previous receptionist, administrative assistant, or law office experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and office equipment. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Professional appearance and demeanor.
