Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and dependable Receptionist for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Los Angeles, CA. This Receptionist role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of administrative or front desk experience who enjoys creating a welcoming first impression, supporting daily office operations, and working in a polished professional environment. This is a great opportunity to join a stable workplace with supportive leadership, a collaborative atmosphere, and a strong focus on professionalism. The office offers convenient parking and is located near many walkable dining options. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide professional front desk reception support.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Process and stamp outgoing mail and assist with basic mailroom tasks.
  • Maintain an organized reception area and support general administrative needs.
  • Shelve law books on occasion and assist with light office organization.
  • Communicate clearly with internal staff, visitors, and callers to ensure a positive office experience. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour.
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity.
