Receptionist/ instructor for wellness studio

Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Studio Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying active on social media, and being part of a growing wellness brand.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and check them in/out efficiently Answer phone calls, texts, and respond to client inquiries Schedule appointments and manage bookings Monitor and assist with social media (DMs, comments, engagement, posts) Educate clients on our services and explain how treatments work Assist in demonstrating or guiding clients through treatments when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and detail-oriented studio environment Ensure all areas of the studio are consistently tidy and presentable

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable speaking with and educating clients Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Interest in wellness, beauty, or fitness is a plus Preferred (but not required): Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience Experience in wellness, spa, or fitness settings How to
