Job Description
Muse Hair Studio is a modern, design-led hair salon in Marina del Rey rooted in thoughtful craft and personalized care. We create beautiful, wearable haircuts and color services designed to complement natural texture and movement — hair that lives easily and grows out gracefully. Founded by hairstylist Allison Lawsen to bring this kind of salon experience to life — where skill meets warmth, and every guest feels seen. We are currently looking to hire a confident, friendly & organized front desk Receptionist with experience in Customer Service, retail or guest services. Beauty Industry experience is a plus. Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage phone systems with professionalism. Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and flow of Stylist and Client appointments during the day using Boulevard Booking system. Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping. Manage flow of Salon, light cleaning duties and Stylists support, client preparation to ensure Stylists keep to schedule. Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with clear communication and positive attitude.
