Part time Insurance Verification Specialist Covering a maternity leave starting in July 3-4month temp position long term temporary positionOverview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate we will train, to only focus on insurance eligibility and help answer phones, some light front office responsibilities as well. As an Insurance Verification Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate verification of insurance coverage for patients. Only need someone part-time : Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-5pm. Tuesdays offDuties:
- Verify insurance coverage and benefits for patients
- Review and update patient information in the system
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of insurance verifications
Experience:
- Previous dental experience would be great but not necessary we are willing to train the right person
- Receptionist experience
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Familiarity with Curve software applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
