Front Desk / Membership Collections Representative Are you motivated by results, competitive, and driven by commission? LA Fitness is looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a performance-based environment! We are seeking candidates who are confident on the phone, comfortable collecting past-due membership balances, and motivated to meet and exceed daily production goals. Job Responsibilities Contact members regarding delinquent accounts and outstanding membership balances. Collect past-due payments and assist members with resolving billing issues. Make a high volume of outbound calls daily. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals. Maintain accurate account records and follow-up notes. Provide professional customer service while confidently requesting payment. Work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. What We're Looking For Strong collections skills — comfortable discussing past-due balances and securing payments. Commission-driven mindset — motivated by opportunities to increase earnings through performance. Excellent phone skills — confident, persuasive, and professional. Goal-oriented personality — thrives under pressure and enjoys exceeding expectations. Self-motivated work ethic — able to stay productive without constant supervision.
