PART-TIME FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
In-Person | Polish Nail Lounge | Mission Viejo We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Polish Nail Lounge! This position is perfect for someone who enjoys customer service, multitasking, and working in a positive, fast-paced salon environment.
Responsibilities:
Greeting and checking in clients Answering phone calls and booking appointments Confirming appointments and managing online bookings Checking clients out accurately and processing payments Communicating with nail technicians regarding schedules/services Maintaining a clean and welcoming front desk area Assisting with light salon tasks and customer experience
Requirements:
Friendly and professional attitude Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and punctual Ability to multitask in a busy environment Basic computer/iPad skills Salon or receptionist experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
Schedule:
Part-time position. Weekend availability preferred.
