We are looking for someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and is a strong team player. Position would include responsibilities associated with reception and admin duties . Must be comfortable with educating clients, answering phones, being personable and have a strong knowledge of veterinary protocol, and work well directly with the veterinarian. Candidates must have excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone, a positive and

attitude, a quick learning curve, a desire to help, and be self-motivated. Must have knowledge of general pet health conditions and vaccination protocol. Candidates must have 1+ years of experience working in a veterinary hospital or equivalent field full time. This job does require availability as early as 7:30am and 6:30pm and Saturday and/or Sunday shifts . Most shifts during the week will be 9-5:30 or 10-6:30 Sundays/Saturdays until 5.
