As the first point of contact for members and guests, you'll play a crucial role in our culture and community . What You'll Do:
Be the friendly face (and voice) that energetically and warmly greets every client, prospect, and visitor Assist with client account management•memberships, billing, holds, cancellations, and more Handle inbound and outbound communication via phone, text, email, and social media Support sales efforts by following up with leads, booking appointments, and closing memberships Maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy front desk and lobby area Answer questions, resolve client concerns, and deliver exceptional service Help execute marketing campaigns and client engagement projects Manage daily operational tasks to keep the gym running smoothly Participate in community events, internal team activities, and culture-building efforts Do You Have These Qualities? You're a people person who thrives on connection and communication You're organized, dependable, and detail-oriented You love health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals You're self-motivated and love being part of a winning team You're comfortable with basic tech platforms (email, social media, CRMs) You don't mind cleaning, pitching in, and doing what needs to be done You can handle pressure , pivot quickly, and solve problems on the fly You live by the " figure it out " mentality and get things done without hand-holding What You Bring:
Must be 18 years or older Minimum 6-month commitment•this is not a temporary or seasonal position. Due to the training and development involved, we only hire individuals ready to grow with us long-term 1-2 years of customer service or administrative experience Some sales, retail, or gym experience is a plus (but not required) Interest in fitness, nutrition, or wellness lifestyle Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive, driven attitude•you show up, step up, and level up Schedule & Availability:
This is a part-time, in-person role (20-30 hours per week) with shifts primarily in the evenings (4-8 PM) and occasional Saturdays. Tentative Weekly Schedule:
Monday•Friday:
Primarily 4:00 PM•8:30 PM Saturday:
7:00 AM•12:00 PM Sunday:
