OB/GYN Medical Receptionist/Assistant

We are looking to hire a full/part time Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to perform both Front Office and Back Office duties with a focus on front office duties. Must be comfortable working with computers and working in a fast-paced environment. Front office duties include verifying insurance authorization, insurance eligibility, and checking in patients. Employees will be trained to perform back office duties such as basic lab tests, vital signs, patient h&p entry, phlebotomy, and assist the doctor in patient care. We are looking for a student who is eager to learn, works well with others, and is a fast learner. No experience required, candidate will be cross-trained to perform all duties Experience with insurance authorization/processing EOB highly preferred Typing speed at least 50 wpm. Please include typing speed in resume . Experience with Windows/PC Must have a good attitude and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

Billingual Previous back office or front experience (not required)

Job Type:

Full-time (7:30 - 4 pm M-F), Part time ( Morning hours from 7:30 am - 12 /1pm M-F)

MUST BE ABLE TO BE PRESENT MONDAY-FRIDAY
