Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative assistance to a busy civil litigation firm. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help facilitate smooth case management, document review, and legal research processes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal expertise while supporting complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with legal case management by organizing files, maintaining document management systems, and ensuring accurate data entry. Draft, proofread, and review legal documents such as pleadings, memos, and correspondence with precision and clarity. Support attorneys with document review, transcription, and proofreading to ensure accuracy in filings and reports. Manage administrative tasks including filing, data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized case files. Provide exceptional executive administrative support by handling phone etiquette, organizing meetings, and coordinating project timelines effectively. Experience Paralegal experience or a background working within a law office environment is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy legal setting. Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence. Previous clerical experience involving filing, data entry, proofreading, transcription or administrative support will be advantageous. Pay:
$22.00 - $27.00 per hour
