In this vital role, you will serve as the friendly first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties Greet members, visitors, and staff with a warm, professional attitude, creating an inviting atmosphere Operate multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently Manage front desk operations including check-ins, membership sign-ups, and cancellations Handle data entry tasks such as updating member records, maintaining files, and processing payments using computer software like Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Support office management activities including calendar management, filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions or concerns promptly and courteously Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a professional environment Skills Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles with strong office management skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse member needs Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management Ability to handle bookkeeping responsibilities using QuickBooks or similar software Demonstrated customer service expertise with a friendly and professional demeanor Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Join us in creating an energetic environment where health and wellness thrive!
