Full Time Receptionist

SUMMARY Intercepts and routes incoming calls. Greets and provides basic information to customers in a courteous and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Greet customers quickly in a friendly and courteous manner. Answer all incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner, transferring them to the appropriate person or department. Understand and operate our multi-line phone system to transfer calls and use paging system. Facilitate message options to callers when intended associates are not available for a phone call. Develops knowledge of basic dealership information in order to respond to callers who have general inquiries.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Arrives to work on time. Maintains professional appearance and keeps a great attitude. Updates and distributes dealership phone directory as needed. Interacts effectively with co-workers. Assist the sales department with clerical duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred.
