Medical Front Office Receptionist

Seeking friendly, outgoing, self motivated front office receptionist with good people and phone skills for a medical office. We specialize in Wound Care and Physical Therapy. We also have a part-time Plastic Surgeon in our office. We have one open position available. 1 ) Part-time position available

• Monday
• Friday Other desired characteristics include reliability, ability to multi-task, willing to learn, upbeat, detail oriented, and skilled at organization.

Computer/typing skills a must. Knowledge and understanding of HMO/PPO/Medicare insurance preferred.

Office Duties Include:

• Verify Insurance
• Insurance authorizations
• answering phone lines
• checking in/out patients
• collecting copay's
• helping with back office when needed
• At Least 1 year experience in medical office is needed, if you don't have that please do NOT apply.
