Job Description

Seeking a professional, personable, and discreet Receptionist/Administrative Specialist for an established and well-respected Financial Services firm. As part of a collaborative and tight knit team, with the attitude that no job is too big or too small, you will provide exemplary care and attention to clients both via phone and in-person, and administrative support to advisors.
Bonus:
You will enjoy 3 day weekends with Fridays off.
  • Start date: week of 5/11/26
  • Assignment length: 1 month + possibility to extend to 2 months
Schedule:
Monday
  • Thursday, 8:30am
  • 5:00pm, Fridays off
Location:
Onsite, in office. Near SMART train.
    Background:
    Must successfully pass a criminal fingerprinting/background check
      Pay:
      $30
      • 32/hour
      Receptionist Responsibilities:
      • Answer phones and respond to email correspondence from prospective and existing clients
      • Provide key administrative support to the team
      • Compile, organize, assemble documents, invoices
      • Perform general administrative tasks: filing, scanning, maintaining accurate files
      • Provide top notch service for discerning clientele, via phone, email and in-person
      • Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in CRM
      • Additional administrative projects as needed
      Receptionist Qualifications:
      • Prior client service experience (financial services experience preferred)
      • Comfortable using technology with intermediate MS Office experience
      • CRM experience is highly desired. Redtail CRM experience is ideal
      • Excellent customer service and communication skills
