This role is essential in providing exceptional front desk support and administrative assistance to ensure that our clients are supported and is integral to the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, strong phone etiquette, and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Responsibilities Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional attitude at the front desk in English and Spanish. Process all incoming and outgoing mail for busy immigration law firm. Communicate with clients regarding case status by phone and draft client letters. Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for staff members. Responsible for maintaining adequate office supplies and keeping the office organized. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations. Experience Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is a plus. Proficiency in typing and using standard office software applications (e.g., Google Workspace). Experience working with phone systems in an office environment is beneficial.
