Job Description

IV Lounge / Medi-Spa Receptionist We're looking for a friendly, reliable part-time receptionist to join our Oceanside location on Saturdays, occasional weekends and possibly the occasional weekday. Bilingual a huge asset.
Responsibilities:
Answer phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide basic company info Perform clerical duties (memos, files, organizing documents) Monitor and manage the front desk ‍ Check patients in and out & use our POS system Process credit card and cash transactions Manage deliveries, packages, and couriers Set up, break down, organize, and maintain clinic cleanliness
