Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace environment. You will also have room to learn the insurance business and grow. Any insurance experience is a plus, bilingual is also a plus! Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls accurately using proper phone etiquette. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages. Handle customer service, and assist clients when they call in. Perform data entry, filing, and record keeping using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools provide support to sales representatives Support administrative tasks including proofreading documents, managing office supplies, and organizing files efficiently. Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace tools, and data entry skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and friendly attitude. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist diverse clients and team members effectively. Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle calls smoothly. Experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is a plus, along with personal assistant experience for calendar management. Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
