We're currently seeking a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic.

Position Overview:

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our clients. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience by handling administrative tasks, coordinating appointments, and supporting both our veterinary staff and pet owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and patients warmly in person and over the phone Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar Maintain accurate patient records and update client information Build estimates and present them to the client Process payments and handle cash Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally Communicate clearly with veterinary staff about client and patient needs Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year(s) Experience in a veterinary setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers Experience with Cornerstone is a plus A love for animals and a compassionate, professional attitude
