Responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at the store
• Answer and schedule appointments for all technicians
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone calls
• Keep the reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
• Help technicians making drinks for waiting customers
• Handle all customer's complaints well and report to managers.

Skills:

• Professional attitude and appearance
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer service experiences preferred
• Bilingual Vietnamese-English is required

Schedule Requirements:

Must be able to work full day from 10am

• 7:30pm (2 to 3 days a week)
