Job Description
We are looking for a welcoming and organized Receptionist to support daily front-desk operations in Pasadena, Texas. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact for visitors and callers while keeping administrative tasks on track. The person in this role will help create a well-organized office experience by managing communications efficiently and providing dependable day-to-day support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate staff members or departments in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, routing them accurately, and taking clear messages when needed.
- Handle front-desk activities such as monitoring visitor flow, maintaining reception area organization, and supporting general office coordination.
- Respond to routine inquiries from callers and visitors while ensuring questions are addressed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide part-time reception coverage according to the assigned schedule and help maintain consistent front-office support.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as message distribution, light data entry, and other clerical tasks that support daily operations.
