Duties, Qualifications, and Job Type below . Duties of a Bail Assistant, are but not limited to: Making and answering phone calls Provide excellent customer service Posting bonds at jails Assist office staff with day to day duties All other bail assistant and client service duties Qualifications

• -MUST be able to Pass California Background Check (For State License)
• Must be professional, reliable, and have a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to make and handle a high call volume.
• Ability to have strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
• Prior office experience required.
• Prior Bail office experience required.
• Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills/customer service.
• Proficient in computer skills including TYPING, utilizing software programs and Windows.
• Must be 18+ or older

• Bilingual:

  Spanish Speaking Preferred
• High School diploma or equivalent Job Type (Must be punctual and reliable)
• Full Time
• Must have a flexible Schedule to be able to work day shifts and evening shifts
• Must be a able to work weekends and holidays
• Looking 2 fill 2 positions, 1 of which is a graveyard shift.

Compensation:

$20
