As a Receptionist at Our Best Life, you will have the opportunity to work with an amazing team of dental professionals and grow your career. We offer competitive salaries, benefits, and bonus plans! The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for patients at the office, greeting them in a polite and friendly manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. administrative work, general clerical support). Key Responsibilities Answer phone calls and act as first point of contact for patients Schedule patient appointments Administrative and organizational tasks Guiding patients in and out of the office Interact with patients in the reception area during their wait time Ensure that all tasks at the front desk are completed in a timely manner Post payments to patient accounts in accordance with Company policies Other duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications Experience working in a dental office required Ability to maintain a positive attitude Excellent communication skills Our Best Life Companies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
