We are currently seeking a dynamic, high-energy individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member . Key Responsibilities First Impressions:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members with a professional demeanor.
Office Coordination:
Manage appointment scheduling, calendar routing, and general office communications.
Data Management:
Assist in handling incoming inquiries, processing paperwork, and accurately maintaining customer records.
Growth Support:
Engage in meaningful conversations with prospective and existing customers, proactively identifying opportunities to introduce our insurance options.
Customer Care:
Provide excellent customer service, answer basic policy questions, and diligently follow up on client needs.
Administrative Aid:
Support the agent and account managers with various administrative tasks, filing, and special projects.
Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or retail customer service role.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
Multitasking:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle phone lines, walk-ins, and administrative tasks smoothly.
Sales Mindset:
Comfortable engaging in warm sales conversations and identifying customer needs without being afraid of rejection.
Tech Savvy:
Strong basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems or agency management software. Licensing (A Plus): An active California Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
