The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk. Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as necessary. Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Perform clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records. Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for staff. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document preparation, correspondence, and presentations. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution. Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks when necessary. Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow. Requirements Previous experience in an office environment is preferred, with a focus on administrative roles. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for enhanced communication capabilities. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in customer service or support roles is essential. Typing proficiency with attention to detail in data entry tasks. Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus. Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist is beneficial but not required. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
