Job Description

OverviewWe are seeking a professional and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing front office operations, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming office environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages when neededManage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized and presentableHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesSchedule appointments, meetings, and conference roomsProvide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparationMaintain office supplies inventory and coordinate ordering as neededAssist with onboarding logistics (badges, workspace setup, etc.)Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks
