Job Description

Join our Sierra Ranch Veterinary Clinic and Rehabilitation Team! We are seeking a part-time or full-time CSR/Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for applicants willing to work in a team setting with a positive attitude and flexible schedule. A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills are a must. Looking for a go-getter attitude and excellent client rapport. You must have previous experience working in the veterinary field.
Skills needed:
General product knowledge: flea and heartworm preventatives, medications, etc. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively Self-motivated Superior customer service skills Ability to read and understand medical terminology Pharmacology knowledge Duties include, but are not limited to: Answering multi-line telephones, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records. Communicating with clients regarding patient care. Assisting doctors with medical care of patients. Experience in the veterinary field required- Minimum 1 year experience Phone Interview will be held first, and then in person working interview. We can't wait to meet our new team member!
