Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sample Assistant. This position will provide support to our sales department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative and sales support.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors professionally; respond to inquiries as appropriate. Operate a multi-line telephone system; answer and route calls promptly and accurately. Maintain office filing and shredding systems. Maintain tracking system for truck drivers and outgoing orders. Operate standard office equipment. Maintain professional relationships and workplace demeanor. Label, organize and box samples and literature as requested. Assemble/ Organize sample boxes for storing and with appropriate labeling. Clean, organize & stock sample showroom as needed. Assist Architect/ Design group & Material Consultants as needed. Participate in inventory as needed. GLS system when needed. Work with supervisor to coordinate project for new product launches. Use pallet jack as needed.

Requirements:

Highschool diploma or equivalent Must be organized and demonstrate time management Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external contacts. Ability to work independently and proactively manage task with minimal supervision.
