Ross Valley Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned, full-service veterinary hospital in San Anselmo, California. Position Overview As a Client Service Representative, you are the first and last impression of our hospital. You play a vital role in creating a welcoming, positive experience for clients and their pets while ensuring the front office operates smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling appointments Provide information about hospital services, wellness care, and treatment options Manage appointment flow and maintain accurate medical records Process payments, invoices, and client transactions Support daily front desk operations and administrative tasks Collaborate with doctors and support staff to ensure excellent client service Our Ideal Candidate Has outstanding customer service and communication skills Is compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely enjoys helping people and animals Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Remains calm and professional in a busy, fast-paced environment Works well both independently and as part of a team Previous veterinary or medical front office experience is preferred but not required What We Offer Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer matching Paid vacation and sick leave Employee pet care discounts Flexible scheduling options Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and professional development
Schedule Part-time:
