The Role:
We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and highly organized Bilingual Spanish Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will set the tone for their entire experience. In this role, you will get to know all aspects of our company and be involved in a wide range of projects and initiatives to support our ongoing growth.
What You'll Do:
Patient Experience:
Greet patients in a friendly, compassionate manner, ensuring the reception area remains clean, welcoming, and organized at all times.
Front Desk Operations:
Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, address routine inquiries, and meticulously schedule patient appointments.
Administrative Support:
Prepare necessary patient paperwork prior to appointments and update patient information in our systems on a daily basis.
Financial Duties:
Accurately record and collect patient copayments at the time of their visit.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
Fiercely protect patients' rights and privacy by maintaining strict confidentiality of all personal and medical information.
Clerical Tasks:
Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, faxing, mailing, and other related duties as assigned by management. What You Bring (Requirements):
Language:
Fluency in both English and Spanish is strictly required (written and verbal).
Education:
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience:
At least 1 year of hands-on Administrative Assistant or Front Desk experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Core Competencies:
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Outstanding customer service skills with a highly empathetic approach. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of prioritizing tasks. Ability to multitask effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
$25 - $27 per hour depending on experience
