The Santaluz Club is a beautiful oasis in the heart of Rancho Santa Fe. We are currently seeking a Part-Time person to add to our Spa team! The scheduling days for these positions are from Tuesday - Sunday. In addition to front desk tasks such as answering phones, fielding member inquiries, scheduling appointments, and describing spa services, our spa receptionists and attendants are responsible for maintaining ladies' spa/locker facilities, serving food, and providing high-quality customer service. Food & Beverage experience is a plus and an excellent work ethic is a must! We strive to provide exceptional guest service in an upscale, exclusive spa setting. Qualifications Excellent customer service skills Proficiency in basic math and retail math Experience with cash handling and using a cash register Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a customer-facing role Bilingual skills a plus Knowledge of POS systems and merchandising techniques Our ideal candidate should : Have some experience in either spa reception, hospitality or retail Be detail-oriented and passionate about creating a positive experience Be efficient with time management Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment Perks of working for
