Job Description

SD UNITED
is looking for a fun, friendly, and highly organized Front Desk & Member Services Coordinator to be one of the first faces families see when they walk through our doors. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and can bring positive energy while also keeping things organized and professional. Our front desk team plays a huge part in creating a welcoming experience for our gymnastics, dance, aerial, camp, and team families. The ideal candidate is warm, confident, dependable, and great at communicating with both parents and staff. You should be comfortable answering questions, solving small problems, staying organized, and helping the day run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is excited to be part of a busy, kid-centered training facility with room to grow. SD UNITED.
Answer phone calls, emails, and parent questions with clear and helpful communication. Assist families with class information, enrollment questions, schedules, make-ups, camps, and general program details. Support check-ins, appointments, trial classes, and daily front desk operations. Help keep the lobby and front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming. Communicate with coaches and management to help the day run smoothly. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, scheduling, and parent communication. Help manage calendars, class updates, and office organization. Support member services by helping families feel informed, valued, and taken care of. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling family, athlete, and staff information. Assist with special events, camps, photo days, team events, and facility updates as needed. Qualifications & Experience Prior front desk, office, customer service, or administrative experience preferred. Experience working with children, families, schools, gyms, dance studios, or youth programs is a plus. Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking with parents and children. Strong communication skills in person, over the phone, and through email. Ability to stay calm, kind, and professional in a busy environment. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Comfortable using computers, email, calendars, and basic office systems. Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or class management software is a plus. Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required. Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to be part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed.
