Requirements Previous SPA or wellness front desk experience preferred Friendly, personable, and welcoming attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure Strong sense of responsibility and customer service Job Responsibilities Maintain overall cleanliness and presentation of the spa Handle phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently Arrange bookings reasonably to optimize therapist schedules Introduce and explain spa services to clients Manage front desk transactions and checkout Assist therapists when needed during busy times What We Offer Supportive and positive team environment Opportunities for growth and training Employee wellness benefits Special staff discounts on spa services Paid sick leave
