Job Description

Adecco is seeking qualified candidates for a
  • receptionist
  • position. This is a
  • temp-to-hire opportunity
  • that allows you to grow your career while gaining valuable administrative experience.
  • What will you actually be doing as Receptionist?
  • Responsibilities include:
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate associate; taking accurate messages and forwarding them via email when necessary
  • Greeting and assisting visitors upon arrival; notifying the appropriate staff member and issuing visitor badges
  • Ordering, setting up, and breaking down daily lunches for company employees
  • Assisting with various clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, collating, and supporting HR and other departments with special projects as needed

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong organizational skills; detail‑oriented and dependable
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
  • Pay Details:
  • $19.
