Job Description

Our client is seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a front-desk environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized office experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming calls and respond to general inquiriesManage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception areaHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveriesSchedule appointments and assist with meeting room coordinationPerform administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
