Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of this position include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company's general administrative activities. This position is also open to entry-level applicants.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Ensure reception area is presentable with all necessary stationery Timecards and timecard reports. Processing employee expense receipts. Fulfilling uniform requests. Fulfilling iPad and laptop requests. Entering bills into QBO/Click-up and checking weekly for updates. Saving paid bills into the corresponding WO folder. Conduct audits of employee vacation accrual, documents, etc. Process PO's when received. Manage all Quality Blessings Accounts. Conduct auditing as requested. Saving scanned docs and files in the Drive. Conduct data entry in QBO for credit card transactions. Maintain the business keys and key logs. Refill the breakroom area. Maintain the office neat and orderly. (Taking out the trash and refilling the restrooms with paper towels and toilet paper as needed). Perform other receptionist duties as needed
