Full Job Description We're Hiring:

Veterinary Receptionist Quito Veterinary Hospital Are you passionate about animals and great with people? Quito Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face and voice for our clients and their pets.

Pay:

$20-$22 per hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

Location:

In person Key Responsibilities Greet clients and their pets with warmth and compassion Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Check clients in and out, collect payments, and provide medical documents Maintain accurate patient records and client information Assist with administrative tasks (filing, emails, data entry) Communicate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth patient flow Provide information on clinic services, products, and pet care Maintain a clean and organized reception area Qualifications Experience as a Veterinary Receptionist or Kennel Assistant Strong customer service and communication skills Passion for animals and helping pet owners Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with ezyVet or other practice management systems is a plus Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Competitive pay Paid time off Employee discounts on veterinary services and products Opportunities for professional growth About Us Quito Veterinary Hospital is a two-doctor small animal general practice that also welcomes emergencies and specializes in orthopedic surgeries.
